Term packs, rolling monthly memberships and one-off course packs are all first-class in Bizzly, so a parent who wants to pay per term and one who wants to roll monthly and cancel any time can both buy from the same timetable. Bizzly automates whichever mix you already run rather than pushing you onto subscriptions.

Can students be restricted to the group for their school year?

Yes. Each session carries an eligibility rule on the student profile, so a Year 5 group only accepts Year 5 students and the wrong group simply is not bookable. The rule reads the school year rather than the birthday, so a pupil who has moved up or repeated a year still lands in the right class.

How do 11+ mock exams and holiday revision courses get sold?

Both are separate bookable products. Mock papers are sold as single sittings or as a whole series of credits the family books date by date, and holiday courses are sold as a three-day block or a single day. Neither disturbs the weekly timetable, and your top membership tier can include them instead.

What happens to weekly sessions during half-term?

You add each break once as a closure and Bizzly removes those dates from every weekly group automatically, so term packs count only the sessions you actually deliver. Holiday revision courses are dated separately and keep running straight through the break.

Yes. Each centre has its own calendar, timetable, room capacities and address, and a family can hold one membership that works across both. The owner sees bookings, registers and payments for every centre from one dashboard.

Can tutors run one-to-one lessons alongside group classes?

Yes. A centre calendar can carry fixed group slots and a flexible one-to-one diary at the same time, so group classes run to a published timetable while 1:1 sessions are booked around the tutor's own availability, in centre or online.

Does Bizzly charge a percentage of what parents pay me?

No. Bizzly is a flat subscription, and card fees go to Stripe as normal. Several tuition platforms take a cut of every client payment, which grows as you grow — your fee here does not change because you enrolled more students.

Do I get a website as well as the booking system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The site you are looking at is the launch pack — homepage, timetable, booking flow, shop, parent portal and policy pages — editable in a drag-and-drop builder. Most tuition software runs the back office and leaves you to buy and build a website separately.

How do parents get reminders and reschedules handled?
